Human Resources Manager

At Science North, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. This key role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, analyzing employee data, and overseeing the preparation of reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on key HR metrics
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the science industry
