Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Analyze employee data to inform business decisions
  • Oversee the preparation of reports to support business objectives
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in human resources management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
