Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chief Human Resources Strategist to join our team at Science North. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, analyzing employee data, and overseeing the preparation of reports.

About the Role

The Chief Human Resources Strategist will play a critical role in shaping the HR function at Science North. This includes planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, as well as overseeing the analysis of employee data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Analyze employee data to inform business decisions
  • Oversee the preparation of reports to support business objectives
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in human resources management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience and location. Please note that this estimate may vary depending on individual circumstances.
