About the Role

L'Equipeur is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery.
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer experiences.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail experience with a focus on customer service and operations.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High energy and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
