About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist C to join our team at SuccessFactors. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, maintaining, and delivering competency-based interprofessional educational curriculum in partnership with curriculum leads.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical laboratory technology, with experience in all five disciplines of MLT role, including Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Histotechnology, Microbiology, and Transfusion Science. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the development and implementation of interprofessional educational curriculum
  • Maintain and deliver competency-based educational programs
  • Collaborate with curriculum leads to ensure curriculum alignment with organizational goals
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members
  • Develop and implement educational strategies to enhance learning outcomes

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an approved program in Medical Laboratory Technology
  • Three years' related experience
  • Current registration with CSMLS and NSCMLT
  • Experience in all five disciplines of MLT role
  • Certification in Simulation Specialist or Simulation Educator programs an asset
  • Leadership Development Education an asset
  • Adult Education Program an asset
  • Simulation Education Program an asset
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent organization and technical skills
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
