About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Purpose Immigration Services Inc. as a key member of our financial operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans to optimize business performance and achieve strategic objectives.
    • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Operations Management
    • Oversee the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Financial Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve financial goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Risk Management
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the organization's financial stability.
    • Develop and implement financial risk management strategies.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • Experience
      • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in financial management or a related field.
    • Skills
      • Strong financial planning and analysis skills.
      • Excellent leadership and management skills.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
