Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Supervisor to join our team at BAJAJ TAX & FINANCIAL SECRETS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day bookkeeping operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions, and providing guidance to junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, prepare and submit reports, and maintain financial databases.
  • Team Leadership: Train and supervise junior staff members, assign tasks, and review work to ensure high-quality results.
  • Communication: Coordinate activities with other departments, establish work schedules, and ensure effective communication among team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
