Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn-St. Catharines. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of our reservations staff, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of reservations staff, ensuring timely and accurate processing of guest reservations and requests.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 37.5-44 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.
