Job SummaryThe Head Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of food for our clients. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek and requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Develop and implement new recipes and menus
- Train and supervise cooking staff

- 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
The Head Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of 16-20 people. The position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure.
