Restaurant Operations Manager

Papa Johns is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures that ensure high-quality customer experiences.
- Manage cash handling and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms with accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee skills and provide constructive feedback.
- Cost control and cost reduction strategies to minimize expenses and maximize profitability.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations in compliance with local authorities.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
- Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential products.
- Foster relationships with clients for catering or facility use.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and contribute to sales growth.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to achieve business objectives.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for career advancement, competitive compensation packages, and comprehensive training programs.
