We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we consistently deliver high-quality food and service to our customers.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team of staff to achieve sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement business strategies, manage inventory, labor costs, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Lead a team of employees to ensure they are meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge, including sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Analyze sales data and inventory levels to estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that all food and services meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and presentation in the restaurant.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing insights into areas for improvement.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

You will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, often under pressure to meet sales targets and customer expectations. You must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a calm and composed demeanor in challenging situations.

Experience:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the quick-service or fast-food industry. A strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer service principles, and leadership techniques is essential.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including dental, health care, and vision care plans.
