Leadership Role in Governance, Risk and Compliance Services

As a seasoned professional in governance, risk, and compliance services, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes and ensure the integrity of their internal controls.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in leading internal audit and/or internal control/SOX 404 projects or services, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in this field. A degree in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, or business is also required.
This leadership role will involve overseeing the development and implementation of internal audit plans and projects, managing teams to execute internal audits, and delivering high-quality engagement presentations and deliverables to clients.
Responsibilities- Lead internal audit and/or internal control/SOX 404 projects or services

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Canadian GAAP, IFRS, financial audit and reporting issues, and internal auditing standards and practices. They will also be able to lead cross-functional teams comprised of diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on industry standards for professionals in similar roles in the same location.
