About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at Amici Wine Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
    • Oversee the management of our food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and quality control.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of hospitality professionals.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Marketing and Promotions
    • Develop and implement effective marketing and promotions strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform marketing decisions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
