Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Leader to join our team at Tavern on the Green & Hillside Events. As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage leadership team in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring a positive and pleasant dining experience for every customer.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the F&B leadership team in managing day-to-day operations at Hillside Events and Tavern on the Green as a Lead Server
  • Ensure that the restaurant or special occasion is operating efficiently and that every customer has a positive and pleasant dining experience
  • Ensure guest satisfaction in all areas of food & beverage, service, and environment
  • Communicate with the team through daily log outs and updates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits
  • Supervise the concession stand, beverage cart, and other on-course food & beverage-related operations
  • Responsible for the event preparation, set up, service of food and beverage, clearing, and clean-up as per specifications in the Hillside event order
  • Cash and account handling
  • Plan and execute golf-related events & tournaments
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the General Manager
