Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Quesnel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food safety standards
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources
- Recruit, hire, and train food service staff, promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement
- Prepare and submit reports, providing regular updates on food service operations and performance
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Provide physical accessibility accommodations, ensuring equal access for all customers and staff
- Provide visual, auditory, and other accessibility accommodations, promoting inclusivity and respect for diverse needs
