Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead to join our team at Subway Quesnel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Training and Development: Train and develop our food service staff, providing coaching and feedback to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
