Job Title: Administrative Support Coordinator

The Administrative Support Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to senior management, ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day operations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating meetings, communications, and approvals with executive steering committee members
- Maintaining open flow of communications between senior management, direct reports, and extended team
- Allocating manager's time effectively by planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities
- Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and other materials for distribution
- Managing departmental organizational chart, contact lists, and email distribution lists
- Maintaining content and security permissions for department SharePoint sites

Requirements:
- High School graduation
- Post-secondary education in Office Administration or business-related discipline (asset)
- Advanced typing skills
- Advanced English skills for professional environment (written and spoken)
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 5 years senior level administrative experience within corporate environment performing diverse, confidential administrative duties
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), tact, and diplomacy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong team player with excellent time management, proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to shifting priorities
