Job Summary

We are seeking a senior executive business development professional to join our team as a Regional Director. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for building and growing a high-potential region, driving strategic objectives, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development and Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Lead and coach a team of CFOs, guiding them in providing financial leadership support to clients.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Add value to clients personally and professionally, making a positive impact in their lives and organizations.
  • Sales and Network Building: Build a strong local network, fostering relationships and alliances with like-minded professionals in complementary services.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong and lasting relationships with your team and clients, acting as an advisor, sounding board, and friend.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in sales/business development role
  • C-Suite experience and leadership experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building lasting relationships
  • In-depth understanding of the CFO role
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Energetic, motivated, and proactive approach to tasks
  • Organized, dependable, and driven by results
