Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director to join our team in Oshawa/Whitby region. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for building and growing a high-potential region, driving strategic objectives, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development and Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive sales growth.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Lead and coach a team of CFOs, guiding them in providing financial leadership support to clients.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Add value to clients personally and professionally, through active listening, insightful questioning, and finding ways to make a positive impact.
  • Sales and Network Building: Build a strong local network, foster relationships and alliances with like-minded professionals, and source leads to convert into clients.
  • Relationship Building: Act as an advisor, sounding board, and friend to colleagues and clients, ensuring they feel supported for the long term.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in sales/business development role.
  • C-Suite experience and leadership experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building lasting relationships.
  • In-depth understanding of the CFO role and financial leadership.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Energetic, motivated, and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Organized, dependable, and driven by results.
