We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Secret City Records. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing multiple album campaigns throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for album releases, including promotional strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful campaign execution and timely project delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure effective use of company assets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with artists, management teams, and other industry professionals to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reporting and insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovative marketing solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in the music industry.
- Strong understanding of the music industry, including artist management, label operations, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Bilingual (English/French) with excellent oral and written communication skills.
