Job Title: Client Experience Specialist

At TERAGO, we're seeking a highly skilled Client Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust and rapport through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop Strategic Account Plans: Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored plans that drive customer success, retention, and expansion.
  • Monitor Customer Health: Proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews: Assess customer satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Escalate Customer Issues: Identify and escalate customer complaints to relevant internal teams, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Education: Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
