Key Responsibilities:- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust and rapport through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Develop Strategic Account Plans: Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored plans that drive customer success, retention, and expansion.
- Monitor Customer Health: Proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews: Assess customer satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Escalate Customer Issues: Identify and escalate customer complaints to relevant internal teams, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Education: Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
