Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at I & I ENTERPRISES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
  • Ensure that food preparation and presentation meet quality standards
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
