Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of food service staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of food and beverages to customers
• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
• Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain high standards of customer service and quality of food products
Requirements
• 1 year of experience in a food service or hospitality environment
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
