Food Service Team Lead

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at I & I ENTERPRISES INC. As a key member of our food service staff, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service professionals and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position working 35 to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
