Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Ontario Limited. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Establish work schedules

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment: Our café is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet customer demands. You will be required to maintain attention to detail and work efficiently to ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
