Job Summary:

The Technical Support Agent will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and guidance, and maintaining accurate records of problems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of problems and solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on technical procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and advancements in the field.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment:

The Technical Support Agent will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

40 hours per week.
