We are seeking an experienced tradesperson to join our team as a Skilled Trade Associate in our industrial setting.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $43,500 CAD (base salary) + $2,200 CAD (night shift premium) + $2,600 CAD (weekend premium) + $1,575 CAD (dual ticket premium), totaling $49,875 CAD per year.

Job Description: As a skilled trade associate at Bimbo Canada, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities, adhering to safety requirements, and maintaining equipment. This role requires a strong background in millwright work, experience in food manufacturing, and knowledge of CMMS systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must hold a minimum 433A Millwright License, have experience working in an industrial setting, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
