Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, understanding their business needs and challenges
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide regular updates and insights to management on sales performance and pipeline growth
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business development or sales development role
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
