Business Development Representative (BDR)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, understanding their business needs and challenges
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide regular updates and insights to management on sales performance and pipeline growth

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business development or sales development role
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
