Key Responsibilities:

Manage low to medium complexity business initiatives from initiation to proposal submission for internal projects, equipment enhancements, redeployments, and asset disposals. Provide support on larger and more complex business initiatives, including partnerships and joint ventures. Develop business proposals and Bid Books, ensuring thorough coordination with supporting teams. Act as the primary liaison with Sales, Operations, Updates, Marketing, Proposals, Pricing, Legal, and Finance regarding business initiative activities. Present Bid Books to Senior Management. Create, review, and update essential documents such as Proposals, Memorandums of Understanding, and Letters of Intent. Conduct competitor analysis and airline strategy evaluations, performing market research to identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities. Assess customer requirements and define proposed solutions in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts. Engage with key stakeholders (e.g., Regional Leaders, Sales Leaders, Operations Leaders) and SMEs to communicate the scope of business initiatives and gather input and consensus. Assist in the strategic planning process for Commercial Aviation Training Solutions. Meet with clients both on-site and at their locations. Aid in managing databases (e.g., Business Development initiative lists, Salesforce). Ensure appropriate security measures are applied to any classified or confidential business initiatives.

Qualifications:

A university degree, preferably in International Trade, Business, Marketing, Finance, or Engineering. 3-5 years of relevant experience. A self-motivated individual with a desire to learn. Familiarity with various aircraft types, airlines, and airline business models. Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities. Excellent written and presentation skills. Exceptional relationship-building abilities. Capacity to maintain focus in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Proficient in organizing a substantial workload and managing multiple tasks concurrently. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Fluent in English and French.
