About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at TANG MARU KOREAN RESTAURANT. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
    • Plan and execute food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
    • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Customer Service
    • Prepare and present dishes to customers with food allergies or intolerances.
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
    • Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
