Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 41 Park Avenue East Holdings Inc. As a key member of our café management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and completed to the highest standard.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
