Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's/Keil Drive South. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
