About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Stonewater Group of Franchises Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess the performance of our restaurant operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor Staff Performance: Supervise and evaluate the performance of our restaurant staff, providing feedback and coaching to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Recruit and Train Staff: Attract, select, and train high-quality staff to join our team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit reports on restaurant performance, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient systems to manage our restaurant's workload, ensuring that we meet our customer's expectations.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service, ensuring that it meets our high standards.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the management of our restaurant's inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that our restaurant complies with all relevant health and safety regulations, protecting our staff and customers.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers is essential for this role.
  • Attention to Detail: Our candidate will have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.
