Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

At Tim Hortons Restaurant Store # 101681, 96a Street, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
