Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Stigg Security Inc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and control daily office operations
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations for efficiency
  • Manage mail distribution and other materials
  • Prepare and record minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and maintain inventory
  • Order office supplies and manage payroll administration
  • Provide exceptional customer service and direct visitors to contacts or service areas
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents

Working Hours

Full-time position, working 32 to 40 hours per week
