Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Stigg Security Inc.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and control daily office operations
- Evaluate and improve daily operations for efficiency
- Manage mail distribution and other materials
- Prepare and record minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Establish and maintain office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries
- Oversee the preparation of reports and maintain inventory
- Order office supplies and manage payroll administration
- Provide exceptional customer service and direct visitors to contacts or service areas
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Working Hours
Full-time position, working 32 to 40 hours per week
