Sales Ambassador

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sales Ambassador to join our team at Lush. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience to every customer who walks through our doors. Connect with customers and identify their needs by listening attentively and asking open-ended questions.
- Sales: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and actively work to grow your contribution to the store's overall sales.
- Product Knowledge: Continually expand your product knowledge with ongoing learning and diving deep into all things Lush. Stay up-to-date on our products, ingredients, and unique benefits to confidently and consistently make informed product recommendations for every customer's needs.
- Team Involvement: Utilize Lush resources to develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge to improve your performance, support the growth of your team, and increase sales.
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for every customer.
- Flexibility: Be flexible to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Product Knowledge: Have a strong knowledge of skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
- Availability: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Consultation-Based Customer Service Models: Have experience working in a consultation-based customer service model.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Have strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise in day-to-day operations.
- Experience Working in a Team Environment: Have experience working in a team environment.
- Experience in Skincare or Cosmetics: Have experience working in skincare or cosmetics.
