Job Title: Sales Ambassador
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Ambassador to join our team at Lush. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Provide world-class customer service to every customer who walks through our doors. Listen attentively to their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Sales and Merchandising: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results to exceed sales goals and make real-time adjustments to product displays to improve the customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously expand your product knowledge with ongoing learning and stay up-to-date on our products, ingredients, and unique benefits.
- Team Involvement: Develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge to improve your performance and support the growth of your team.
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service and consistently deliver a world-class customer experience.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Product Knowledge: Have a passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
- Availability: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: Experience working in a team environment, customer service, and sales.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.
