Job Title: Sales Ambassador
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Ambassador to join our team at Lush. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Experience:
- Drive Sales: Utilize our sales data and customer feedback to exceed sales goals and take ownership of your results.
- Customer Experience: Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience to every customer who walks through our doors.
- Building the Brand: Educate customers on our brand values and expertly articulate these values in the shop and through community engagement.
- Product Passion: Continually expand your product knowledge and stay up-to-date on our products, ingredients, and unique benefits.
Team Involvement:
- Development: Utilize Lush resources to develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge to improve your performance and support the growth of your team.
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication and actively listen to team members' perspectives related to DEIB.
Operational Excellence:
- Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and present at work.
- Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Stock and Inventory: Utilize Visual Merchandising guidelines to make real-time adjustments to product displays based on sales.
Qualifications:
- Required: Excellent customer service skills, flexibility to adapt to changing situations, knowledge and passion for skincare and natural beauty, and a flexible schedule to accommodate store needs.
- Preferred: Experience with consultation-based customer service models, strong problem-solving skills, experience working in a team environment, and experience working in skincare or cosmetics.
Location: Pickering Town Centre
Pay: $16.80 CAD
