Job Title: Senior Manager Corporate Accounts

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Corporate Accounts to join our team at Taro Pharmaceuticals Inc. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will be responsible for managing corporate sales, account profitability, customer compliance, and salesforce effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities for specified accounts, including presentation of new products, quarterly business reviews, and annual reconciliations.
  • Develop and manage key Customer Effectiveness tools to monitor key account information, sales program, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the Director of National Key Accounts and Vice President of Commercial Canada to ensure sales programs are effective and profitable.
  • Collaborate with Wholesaler Trade Manager to support commercial relationships with key wholesalers in Ontario.
  • Manage customer listing grids to ensure Commercial Operations has visibility and knowledge of appropriate inventory and allocation of products.
  • Manage all aspects of CRM program for corporate sales team.
  • Develop and provide quarterly sales performance reports.

Requirements:

  • College or University Degree or equivalent work experience in the Generic Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Minimum of ten years of sales and business analysis experience within the pharmaceutical industry (preferably generics).
  • Experience and expertise across multiple business areas and multiple systems/departments.
  • Fluent in English. Bilingual an asset.
  • Adaptable to change.
  • Able to work in a Team environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-directed and proactive.

Working Conditions:

  • Home-based position with ability to travel to Head Office when needed.
  • Travel required (25%).
