As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing friendly and professional service to clients in a fast-paced environment
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support
- Proactively recommending products that meet clients' financial goals
- Driving first contact resolution and identifying barriers to excellent service
Hiring & Training Details:
- Our Customer Contact Centre is a dynamic and inclusive team of professionals
- Position Status: Full-time (37.5 hours)
Training & Work Shift Details:
- Must be available to attend training for a total of 16 weeks
- Flexibility in working morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays
