About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Client Services Specialist to join our team at Questrade Financial Group. As a key member of our client support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client interactions from first contact to resolution, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Provide technical support to clients on Questrade's various trading software platforms.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Questrade products and services.
  • Present value-added solutions to clients, exploring opportunities relevant to their needs.
  • Resolve client problems in a professional manner, escalating issues as required.
  • Stay up-to-date on Questrade's products, services, programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and workshops.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
  • Impeccable written and spoken English and French, with highly polished communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work rotating 8-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends.
