Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at the Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with special needs and address customer complaints or concerns
  • Supervise staff and perform front desk duties, including establishing work schedules and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations and conduct training sessions
  • Organize and maintain inventory and supervise a team of 5-10 people
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
