Automotive Chassis Design Expert

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Design Analysis Engineer to support our product development team in creating high-quality, competitive products that meet or exceed industry standards.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in CAE analysis and engineering design for the automotive industry, with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited University. Alternatively, consideration will be given to individuals with a college diploma in Mechanical Technology from an accredited technical institute, accompanied by demonstrated skills and a strong employment history in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Design and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) documents.
- Design and optimize safety-critical chassis components using advanced analytical techniques and computer-aided engineering tools.
- Develop test methods and acceptance criteria in collaboration with THK's Durability lab.
- Produce technical reports and presentations describing methods, results, and conclusions.
We provide a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as dental care and on-site gym access.
