Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who can work closely with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare repair orders, enter them into our database system, and close the orders by providing appropriate repairs and services. You will also be responsible for providing service recommendations to customers, including estimating costs, and ensuring that customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities
  • Work with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs

  • Evaluate customer satisfaction and ensure it meets company and manufacturer standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of service advisor experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and an outgoing/positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet departmental repair order production standards
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $52,500-$62,000, based on knowledge, experience, and bonus earnings.
