Job Title: Mailroom and Document Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our daily operations with a focus on administrative accuracy and efficiency. As a Mailroom and Document Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing policy documents, processing client correspondence, and handling basic printing tasks.

Responsibilities:

* Collate printed policies by product line with high accuracy.
* Generate and mail client cancellation letters by registered mail for personal lines.
* Monitor and respond to requests in the email inbox promptly.
* Scan and manage policies as required.
* Operate color production printers for basic printing needs.
* Cover receptionist breaks, lunches, and other time-off as needed.

Requirements:

* High School diploma or equivalent (education verification required).
* 6 months to 1 year of experience in a professional, client-facing environment.
* Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
* Technical proficiency with basic office equipment (printer, scanner, barcode reader).
* Good communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
* Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
* Able to read, write, and follow English instructions.
* Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
