Job Title: Spa Manager

Hermosa Med Spa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Plan and control budgets and inventory to optimize resources and minimize waste.
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Supervision:

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet their performance goals.
