Spa Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Hermosa Med Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Client Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each guest.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase revenue, expand services, and improve operational efficiency, working closely with the management team to implement new initiatives.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Operations: Oversee the planning, organization, direction, control, and evaluation of daily spa operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a spa management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32.5 to 35 hours per week.
- Client Focus: Strong ability to prioritize client needs and provide exceptional service.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Organized: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Reliability: High level of reliability and accountability in meeting performance goals and deadlines.
- Team Player: Strong team player with a collaborative approach to achieving business objectives.
