Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, prioritize, and recommend capital projects
  • Support the development, monitoring, and management of capital plans for client departments
  • Provide expertise in capital planning and project management
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field, such as project management, engineering, architecture, or business administration
  • Extensive experience in capital planning and/or project management, including design and construction, contract management, and team management
  • Knowledge of capital planning and project management principles and techniques
  • Strong planning, research, and analytical skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience using project management software
Working Conditions

The Capital Planner will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work overtime as needed. The position involves physical demands, including working alone, operating equipment, and exposure to varied weather conditions.

Language Requirements

This is a designated bilingual position, requiring the ability to communicate in both English and French.
