About the Role

The successful candidate will provide support for the development, monitoring, and management of capital plans for selected client departments within a capital portfolio. They will be responsible for assessing, prioritizing, and recommending capital projects, as well as providing technical expertise to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and prioritize capital projects based on their feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with established policy
  • Provide technical expertise to stakeholders, including senior officials and project team members
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and implement creative solutions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as project management, engineering, architecture, or business administration
  • Extensive experience in capital planning and/or project management, including design and construction, contract management, and managing interdisciplinary teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience using Project Management software

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
