About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Account Manager to represent our company's interests with key insurer partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, ensuring seamless interactions with clients, adjusters, and internal stakeholders.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts, fostering trust and loyalty
• Addressing and resolving customer inquiries, file escalations, and monitoring assignment status
• Validating payments to shops, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursements
• Supporting internal teams in implementing program initiatives, driving business growth and efficiency
• Liaising with insurance adjustors, call center staff, corporate personnel, and clients as required

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A University degree or equivalent education and experience
• Willingness to complete CIP courses as directed by the employer
• Experience in the automobile repair service environment and/or claims adjudication (an asset)
• Bilingualism (an asset)

Work Environment:

This is a remote work opportunity, requiring the candidate to be based within Canada. Travel requirements may include independent travel to client locations, conferences, and industry events, up to 50% of the typical work week.
