We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team at Barrie Subaru.

  • The ideal candidate will have a university degree or college diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field and possess a minimum of 3-5 years of dealership accounting experience. Experience working with the PBS Dealership Management System is highly valued.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end financial reports, applying standard accounting policies and procedures, and adhering to federal, provincial, and local regulatory laws and regulations.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with managers in the dealership to provide support with accounting, budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis needs.
  • An up-to-date, complete, and systematic filing system must be maintained to meet regulatory requirements.

Effective communication and computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential skills for this role. An estimated salary range for this position is $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
